Asphaltrac® Fiberglass Composite Reinforcing Grid

Earthmate Asphaltrac® GFC Composited Grids are knitted E-Glass Fiber on the polypropylene ultra-light weight Nonwoven Geotextile. It is coated with modified bitumen to achieve perfect bonding between the Bi-axial reinforcement and the asphalt layer. The load concentration is reduced effectively and the reflective cracking will be retarded evidently. It is durable and cost-effective for the rehabilitation of asphalt pavement. The high tensile strength and flexibility ensures it’s installation-friendly on milled road surface. Also it will prolong service life of asphalt pavement which is under high stress. It conforms to EN 15381:2008 Standard and is generally used between asphalt layers, cement stabilized layer or on concrete surface directly.

EASYGRID® PP Tri-axial Composite Geogrid

EASYGRID® PP Composite Tri-axial Geogrid combines the superior performance of HEXAGRID® Tri-axial geogrid with the separation capabilities of a polyester continuous filaments nonwoven geotextile by laminating the two technologies together. EASYGRID® PP Composite Tri-axial Geogrid is widely used for aggregate stabilization and confinement, filtration, and separation, further optimizing structural thickness and saving both time and money stabilizing subgrades.

BASALFAB® High Strength (HP) Multifilaments Woven Geotextile

BASALFAB® High Performance Twill Multifilaments Woven Geotextiles are manufactured with high tensile strength and low elongation Polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a twill network with high water flow rate. It resists to ultraviolet resistance, rotting, biological degradation and it is chemically inert to any natural bases or acids. BASALFAB® High Performance Twill Multifilaments Woven Geotextiles are mostly used for Reinforcement, Stabilization, Separation and Filtration. This product could reduce maintenance costs and improve the performance of paved and unpaved surfaces. Panels can be sewn together in our plant to provide cross-roll direction strength to facilitate installation.

ENVIROMATE® Embossing Spikes Textured Geomembrane

ENVIROMATE® Embossing Spikes Textured Geomembrane has either single-sided or double-sided textured surface which is made of superb virgin HDPE or LLDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM13 or GM17 standard specifically with advanced manufacturing equipment and professional production technology. Earthmate is using flat die-cast extrusion process to emboss spikes thermally, which texturing patterns and asperity height allows for more reliable and predictable interface shear strength. ENVIROMATE® Embossing Spikes Textured Geomembrane has a rough surface which can highly improve the friction coefficient which fits more suitable for steep slope and vertical engineering design work which maximize the effective volume of geomembrane, they are also processed with smooth edges to allow for high quality thermal fusion welding between adjacent sheets.

VIGORTEX® Staple Fibers Nonwoven Geotextiles

Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fibers Nonwoven Geotextiles are made of 100% Polypropylene staple fibers, which are needle-punched to form into a random network for dimensional stability. Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles resist ultraviolet deterioration, rotting, biological degradation, naturally encountered alkalis and acids. A high level of resistance to UV light is given to Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles by the incorporation of ≥ 2% of weathering grade carbon black, well dispersed in the polymer matrix. Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles are widely used in many applications such as filtration, stabilization, subsurface drainage, separation and cushioning and available in various strengths and thicknesses to ensure appropriate material selection for your projects.

HEXAGRID® Tri-axial Geogrid

Earthmate HEXAGRID® PP Tri-axial Geogrid is hexagonal structure with triangular apertures mesh of polypropylene (PP) to provide a fundamentally different structure than other available geogrid, delivering high radial stiffness throughout the full 360 degrees. The three-dimensional stress distribution acts in a radial manner at all levels within the aggregate, and leverages excellent stabilization performance in various projects. Comparing to Bi-axial Geogrid, the Tri-axial Geogrid distributes radial stresses much better. Earthmate HEXAGRID® PP Tri-axial Geogrid is particularly suite for using on the weak subgrades, and used widely for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications such as base reinforcement, subgrade reinforcement, slop reinforcement and embankment stabilization.

EnviroMat® 3D HDPE Turf Reinforcement Mats (TRMs)

Earthmate ENVIROMAT® 3D Vegetation Erosion Control Mat is a new type civil engineering material which be used broadly in maintenance of water and soil, can offer seeds and soil which have been put into them protection, increase the green area and improve the environment. Earthmate ENVIROMAT® 3D Vegetation Erosion Control Mat is designed to initially stabilize the surface whilst assisting vegetation to establish. It then goes on to provide long-term, tenacious reinforcement of the root system. Reinforced grass slopes have been shown to have an erosion resistance able to withstand current velocities in excess of 4m sec.

WALLSTRAIN® HDPE Uni-axial Geogrid

Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® HDPE Uni-axial Geogrids are produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins. The HDPE Uni-axial Geogrids are resistant to installation damage and long-term chemical or biological degradation in both dry and wet environments. It can load high tensile strains applied in one direction and its open aperture structure interlocks with fill material to transfer the loading strains from soil to geogrids. Their primary characteristic is excellent creep performance with low strain and high tensile strength under constant load.

TERRAWEB® Smooth/Textured Perforated Geocell

TERRAWEB® HDPE Smooth Textured Perforated Geocell is a light weight, flexible three-dimensional and expandable panels which are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips. The High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips are ultrasonically bonded together to form an extremely strong configuration. It can be used for preventing horizontal movement of the filling materials and enhancing the material’s shear strength as well as bearing capacity significantly. The three-dimensional webs provide considerable weight distribution to support heavy stress without displacement. The Perforated webs also allow for vertical and lateral water drainage for effective drainage and groundwater recharge while avoiding erosion and surface runoff. Vegetation could grow through the Geocell structure rather than other environmentally-harmful possibilities such as pavement or cantilever wall.
